Dr. Kim Foster is a physician-turned-entrepreneur, author, and thought leader in the science of reinvention. After two decades as a family doctor, she left clinical medicine to pursue her passion for helping people redesign their lives from the inside out. Today, Kim is known as “the doctor who helps people reinvent themselves,” blending her medical expertise with psychology, identity science, and personal development.
She is the founder of the Wellness Coach Academy, host of a fast-growing YouTube channel with over 280K subscribers, and the upcoming author of Redesigning You. Through her work, Kim empowers people worldwide to unlock lasting transformation, confidence, and fulfillment.
Kim lives in Victoria, BC, with her husband and two sons, and spends summers in Europe. Outside of her work, she’s an avid traveler, a dedicated golfer-in-training, and a lifelong student of languages, always embodying the reinvention she teaches.
